"E Commerce" as we see it 

 

Here's how E Commerce works on our site.  If you see something you want, or if you want something you don't see, call or email us.  We will respond.  If we have the item, or if we find the item, we will email photos if you want, and the price.  If you decide to buy the item, call us and we will process your credit/debit card or accept your check or whatever.  The charge will include the item price, North Carolina sales tax (if we are shipping the item to a North Carolina address), and the shipping charge (we use USPS's cheapest way with appropriate insurance). That's it!
